23 week ultrasound

Just got back from my anatomy scan & my little one was confirmed a girl! I'm so excited but also nervous. The ultrasound tech wouldn't really tell me if everything looked good. I asked twice & she said (caustioisly) she looked good to her but that the radiologist & my doctor would go over the pictures. Since her first ultrasound I have been nervous about not seeing a nose bridge & this 3D one of her face has me totally scared. She is adorable but I still see no nose bridge! Which I have read is a sign of Down's syndrome. Do these look normal to you guys?? I just want to know my baby is ok. The tech said my doctor would be calling me next week which also made me nervous.
