Hormonal and Depressed?

Is it possible to have post partum depression before baby even gets here. Also just hormonal. I feel alone and I feel like DH is going to tell me "sorry you feel lonely". And sometimes I feel so extremely depressed I think "this baby doesnt deserve a weak mom like me." Its even worse these pasted two days because DH is sick and you know guys when they are sick. Its like they are dying or something, he just has a stuffy nose and running. But yeah poor thing is sick and I am over here feeling needy and alone.
