Help! My cold is ruining my life!
It used to be if I got a cold, I'd just take some NyQuil and pump my nose full of Afrin to get through the night. Now, those drugs are off the table, and I'm squirting saline and Flonase, which are absolutely useless.
I'm already so exhausted even when I do get a good night's sleep. How am I going to survive this week if I can't even sleep!?!?
It's 12:30am, I can't breathe at all through my nose. I don't know how I'm ever going to fall asleep tonight, which makes me cry, which makes my nose even more stopped up!
Help! Any suggestions?!?!?
