weird period.

So idk if anyone can explain this to me but my period is all types of jacked up. So like the first day I'll bleed super duper heavy. Changing my pad every hour on the hour. And the cramps are ridiculous. Nothing helps Advil, and midol kinda help but I can still feel my cramps but it's tolerable, on top of that since I'm bleeding so heavy my vagina hurt. My period has only been doing this for 2 cycles the last one and the one I'm currently on. But the weridest part is after the first day and a half I'm so light I don't even need a pad nor a tampon just a liner bc I'm just spotting. Does anyone know why this would be happening to me?
