If you're using the pill correctly, then you don't necessarily have to use condoms or pull out. But it's smart to because it adds that extra bit of protection. Especially if you may not be in a committed or monogamous relationship to use condoms for STI prevention. Or if a baby is simply not a chance you want to take, continue to use a secondary method with the pill.
