So here is my issue; I'm 31, my husband and I have been TTC since January for our 1st. Before we started trying my cycle was very regular (I mean you could basically set your watch by it), I could probably count on one hand the number of times it's been irregular over my life.

Since my husband and I have started TTC, however, each month has been different. AF herself has had no change (regrettably) but the length between cycles and physical symptoms certainly have. I've taken pregnancy tests whenever AF is late and all have come back negative.

A few weeks ago I decided to see my doctor about these changes and also because I had some spotting which seemed out of place and too early to be ovulation or implantation bleeding based on my cycle. I was sent for an ultrasound, which happened to be scheduled about 6 days after ovulation, and now I've just been called back for another one.

I'm not entirely sure if I should be thinking something is wrong or if the original results were inconclusive. Over the past week I've also been experiencing mild to moderate cramps everyday with no bleeding (usually I only have cramps with AF) which is only adding to the anxiety of the situation.

Thoughts?
