if it happens it happens

Me and my partner,l have been together 14 months, after knowing each other 13 years. We didn't want to put stress on ourselves about getting pregnant and made the decision to see how it goes, if it happens it happens.
Well it's happened, albeit, very early days. There's a little shock and it's abit surreal but we are very happy with the news. He's my soulmate, and I couldn't imagine having a baby to anyone else.
I am 34 years old and have no children myself. I go to the gym 3 times a week, some kettle bells , free weights and treadmill that I walk on with an incline. Can I still go to the gym? Continue my usual programme or should I cut back? I'm new to this. I want to continue with exercise as I like it and don't want to gain too much weight during the pregnancy and I hear it can help during labour.
Any advise would be much appreciated 😊😊
