mucus plug

Okay so I am not a Ftm but with the my daughter things were different didn't have as much pain as I do now and I went full 40 with her to be Induced I'm 35 almost 36 weeks and I notice so much with this pregnancy by the way it's a boy but ok so this weekend Saturday and today is Sunday when I use the rest room I notice little pieces of mucus plug is coming out and I'm unsure what to do , do I just disreguard it or what do I do. Ever had the whole mucus plug thing happened and my body already feels like shit so what should I do ? Cause I go to triage they send my ass off should I pay it no mind?
