no lh surge. could I still be pregnant?

So I had an hsg test done on the 10th of this month, which was cycle day 7. I normally ovulate on CD 9-12. I never got an actually positive opk test. My af is due this weekend or early next week. I'm hoping to hear ladies who have had the same experience, no lh surge but positive pregnancy test. Anyone deal with this before? Here are my test.. tests are from  CD 9 &10

Yep I never once had a positive opk. They'd get close but never the same darkness and I tested Friday with and hpt and it was positive. Unfortunately I found out today it ended in a chemical pregnancy but it's still possible to ovulate with a positive opk. Best luck

Short answer, yes, you could be pregnant. Your lh surge can happen fast. That means you could have had one and the test didn't have time to pick up on it. So you might have ovulated and conceived. However, you might not have ovulated at all then of course you wouldn't have a chance to be pregnant. Baby dust your way.
