I often spot before my periods

This is the fourth time that I spot before my periods. Usually it's like a few days before ans sometimes it can be during over a week. I'm on the pill since january, and only one month I didn't spot.

It's very ennoying for me because I take the pill principaly to control my periods and to know when it happens, and I bled 😫

I think maybe it take the time for my body to adapt itself to the pill but fuck it has during enough !😤

Can you tell me anything about this or just share your stories I need to be reassured
