So i had a sore on the corner of my mouth and im pretty sure it wasn't a cold sore. I had sex with my partner without a condom after kissing and oral. The day after i got my period and had a lot of itchiness and a little bit of stinging when peeing?? He also got a few red bumps appearing today

The burning could be a uti. The cold sore is a form of herpes. So when either one of you have an outbreak there shouldn't be an oral and should also refrain from kissing. They have otc to help subside them.

So you gave him oral and then had sex with no condom? Just wondering how if it is herpes it would get to you. So a few things: oral herpes does not love being on genitals so it has to have really perfect conditions to spread there - perfect conditions being a lower immune system and especially a cut or something to "infect through" like just shaved skin or a new piercing. Odds are low just with regular immune system, no little cuts on your genitals, sex. But the odds are there. Early herpes symptoms can mimic a yeast infection but are also almost always accompanied by flu symptoms (generally feeling shitty, swollen lymph nodes, fatigue) and a painful sore of sores. At the doctor they can't test you unless you have sores but you might have them internally and not even know. If your bf has bumps he should have those looked at before they go away. You could consider having an internal exam.

Sounds like thrush tbh.. you can get thrush of the mouth also. Is your tounge sore/sensitive? X
