6 weeks prego and Job offer Ive been wanting

6 weeks prego with twins and excepted offer for job. Am I wrong? I applied for this job in December 2016 since February Ive been going in interviews. Yet I have been trying to get prego for over a year! It finally happens with twins(found out today and sooo scared) and got the job offer of my dreams on Monday of this week. What should I do? I am excepted it not knowing I'm having TWINS. Financially this would be a big help as well. Please help
