jealous friend??

so my friend had her baby in October, I found out i was pregnant in December. I was there for her for her entire pregnancy, always asking how she and baby are doing, etc. She was really excited for me at first it seemed but here I am now at 6 months pregnant and she seems jealous of my pregnancy. She keeps saying how she misses being pregnant and wants another one soo bad but her fiance isnt ready. I always say to her well you just had your little one in October so maybe enjoy your time with him before bringing another one along since your fiance isnt ready. (they dont even live together, he doesnt work, and arent even really in a situation to raise the baby they already have, let alone another one) anyways, she was really excited for me at first, asking for belly pictures, ultrasounds and such. now whenever i send her a belly picture or a video of baby kicking in my tummy she literally just opens it and doesnt reply.. it makes me feel bad because i was there for her for her entire pregnancy and i feel really alone considering shes my only mommy friend i have really. i dont know if i should say something or just kinda let us drift apart because shes jealous?? what would you do?
