Would you get a standing desk?

Question

So I have a job where I sit at a computer all day, some of my coworkers have gotten standing desks, they raise and lower so you can alternate sitting and standing during the day. My boss has offered to buy them for anyone who wants one. I'm thinking I want one, but wondering if anyone else has experience with them. I've only been get an opinion from 2 coworkers who have them so more would be great!

I have that at work. It's good if you can't stand sitting for long. Helps keeps you awake to stand. Plus you'll be able to stretch more standing. I'll miss it when I start working from home nexh month 😩

I love standing desk. I had one set up for me just before leaving my last job and it did wonders. I normally would work 12-13 hours and sitting all day killed my back, but being able to stand for 20 minutes every hour actually made me feel better. However, make sure you get something padded to stand on or wear comfortable shoes.
