help????? tss?!! msybe

so i had a tampon in from 2-8:30 ish and as soon as i took the tampon out and shower i got a really bad leg pains. its in both legs and it almost feels like a combination of being so cold that your legs hurt (im not cold) and growing pains. could this be a sign of tss or should i just not be worried at all. the leg pains are really bad. ive kept in tampons during other periods for longer. idk??
