calf pain?

Yesterday I started having like a achy calf pain and today I do in both legs now it hurts when I walk or move it certain way it's not terrible or nothing but should I be concerned? I'm 15 weeks. No swelling or redness or anything either.

Do you have any redness or swelling? Those could point to blood clots. If not, it's probably just muscle pain.

If it's muscle pain...Try some calf stretches. You can google some. Do you have flat feet by chance because that gives me calf pain and it's worse during pregnancy. Also try a foam roller to loosen things. Keep your feet flexed when you can so your calves don't tighten

I get leg creams from dehydration but it's typically when I'm laying down I notice it
