Cold sore or pimple??? Never had a cold sore and I'm very prone to acne but prom is in a week and I'm freaking out. It hurts. What can I do to get rid of it??😭

Cold sores have multiple bumps and are itching and or burn. 
If it's just painful..id say a pimple.

If it hurts and has a single white head or black head it's a pimple....
If it itches tingles or burns it's a cold sore

You can't really tell yet but it can be a cold sore. Do NOT touch it until you're certain that it's a pimple. Leave it for a day.

It looks like a coldsore, if it is it'll probably be gone before prom.
Look up some ways or medicines to get rid of it faster though
