am I pregnant

So I have 5 days till AF comes and for the last week and a half I have had constipation, period type cramps, dizziness,  sore breasts and I can't stop eating. I have taken two at home tests and they both came out negative. It's driving me crazy. I am also very moody and today I cleaned out the fridge and I almost threw up. I don't get sick to my stomach like that. What do y'all think ?
