no pregnancy symptoms

So my period is due on Sunday but I don't have any symptoms at all for period or pregnancy. My usual breasts are not even tender. It happened last month and I have light dark period for two days . I went for blood tests but says no hcg levels. Anyone has any advise? Thank you family
