Struggling

Hi,

I'm really struggling today and felt like I could count on you ladies for a bit of support.

My story so far....

Hubs and I had been ttc#2 for 11 months when we got pregnant. I had booked a Dr appointment to confirm pregnancy at 7 weeks. Within 2 days (after routine bloods) I was diagnose with diabetes and hospitalised. Before discharge they did a scan. Empty gestational sac. (Panic worry and misery) they did another scan 1 week later, this time there was took sac and fetal pole measuring apox 6 weeks. (Elation panic and worry) miscarried one week later, the single most emotionally horrific event of my life so far.

I am just struggling today as we are now on the 2ww of cycle 3 after nd and I'm wondering whether on for to give up trying for our rainbow. I have also been struggling to control the diabetes for the last few days and this on top of everything else has just worn me down.
