Where was the most inconvenient place you got stranded without enough supplies in your diaper bag?

I have worked with young children for about 15 years now. For 6 of those years I was a nanny, so I am normally pretty nonchalant and relaxed about keeping a well stocked diaper bag- especially for short trips. On this particular day we were in a hurry to pick up some shoes I had ordered, and we'd only be gone an hour tops.

My poor kid got car sick and threw up all over her clothes, the car seat, and somehow a little even on the back seat of the car.* I was able to change her diaper, but had to just take the clothes off. So, she got to run around mostly naked in a shoe factory while I waited for my husband to borrow my MIL's car and bring her cousin's car seat for a pick up. Fortunately for us the staff was very accommodating and thought she was pretty cute.

 *She'd had pasta with peas for lunch that day, and she doesn't chew very much apparently.
