Last night I thought my daughter felt a little warm but I figured it was just from sleeping between my fiance and I. This afternoon I took her temp under her armpit and it was 100.4 under each. She's not roaming around the house like she usually does and seems tired even though she hasn't been up for long. Should I take her to the doctor? Should I take her to the hospital if her doctor can't get her in today? Or just give her some Tylenol and see if it goes down? She's spit up a little bit too and it looked like mucus. Not sure what to do, its my first time dealing with a fever.
