I'm going crazy

I have a beautiful 6mo old baby girl. She whines it's not a cry it's a whine and I can never figure out what she wants ... some times is she needs a nap sometimes it's a bottle sometimes it's my teeth hurt but recently it's like I just can't figure it out I try everything bottle, cold cloth, diaper change, lay her down and sometimes it's like nothing works and I get so frustrated. I feel like a shit mom for getting frustrated. What do y'all do when your baby gets like that? Any help is appreciated.
