Back pain???

Have had lower back pain off and on through out 3rd trimester but usually gets better when I'm off my feet. 38 weeks now and today the back pain started but not easing up. Has anyone else been experience this. Last appt was Monday. She is head down but no dilation yet. Hopefully making some progress now
