Me and my boyfriend only stay inside

It's been 3 months since I've met my boyfriend and we never have actually been out together. Due to our busy schedules we would only be able to spend time in the afternoons and in the mornings before we both had to rush off to work.. but now he has more time he's still never offered for us to go anywhere.. he says that we will (without prompting) but it seems as if I'm just waiting for the day. We care about eachother a lot and I'm not a booty call or anything but I just don't understand
