Should I be concerned??

My boyfriend has been acting a little diffetent lately i havent talked to him in 2 days. Last time he texted me was he was sick and vomiting that was monday. I took our 13 month old daughter to the er at 4am this morning i tried calling hin and txting him. He never answered....but facebook says hes online.
