Digestive health!

I was wondering what people use to regulate their digestive tract specifically during your period & ovulation.
(I have endometriosis - discomfort pretty much all of the time, cramping during ovulation and then destruction of my insides during my period.)
I also experience changes in my bowel movements during ovulation. I don't know if that's common or not, but it's annoying. I don't change my diet or anything.
I am gonna start taking probiotics, but was wondering if there are any other things people recommend. Any tips on digestive health are welcome. :) Thanks in advance.
