help me please!? I'm bleeding!

So down below in the picture there I took a clear blue YESTERDAY and it indicated that I am 1-2 weeks and my other tests were also very faint. But even as of last night I started to spot. I woke up this morning and I had to put a tampon on because I'm bleeding quit heavily. I'm not sure what your idea of heavy is, but what I mean right now if I'm not wearing a tampon or pad bloods definitely not just spotting anymore. Anyhow, along with this I AM SUPER NASEUAS AND cramping so bad. My breasts are so sore and I feel like I was super emotional yesterday. Makes me question if this was just something random that happened to me with these tests? Could I be miscarrying? I have an appointment booked on Monday to see the doctor but I'm worried. Had this ever happened to any of you?
