extreme pelvic/back pain

The past couple days I haven't felt good. Last night I went to try to get up and pee and SCREAMED because the pain between my legs and back was so intense, I literally crawled off the bed.. this morning I have to come have my mom help me out of bed because I just literally cannot move my legs it hurts so bad. This is my 3rd pregnancy, and I've never experienced this pain and to this degree. Is any other momma's experiencing this? Should I be conceded? It hurts so badly :(
