Hot tub at 24 weeks???

i'm 24 weeks and 3 days, i've been in and out of the hot tub all day not knowing that it was bad and could cause harm to the baby. should i be worried? i'm feeling kicks and all normal everything. is it safe for me to go back in?

No it's not safe. You can overheat the baby and it can be quite dangerous. Same for sitting out in the sun and overheating

Honestly as loing as you aren't getting overheated you should be fine. I took a soak in the hot tub to help my poor hips while pregnant I was careful to not overheat and to stay hydrated.
