Similac gentlease ... Any improvement?

Anyone switch to this from pro advanced (or something else) and see an improvement with regards to gas?

I switched to similac soy isomil ... helped with gas! But my poor baby still has acid reflux

We were on similac pro advance for a week and had bad gas and runny poop so I switched to enfimil gentilese.. still gassy and then had green runny poop... now on similac sensitive as of yesterday and doing good with better looking light brown poop👌🏻

Similac advance is the equivalent or Gerber gentle is what I was told but we went from alimentum to gentlease and the advance
