Kale, broccoli, Swiss chard and spinach. Have one of the Vitamin K specials of the day.
Vitamin K is an essential nutrient that plays an important role in blood-clotting and bone health. It's recommended that women get 90 micrograms each day. That sounds like a lot, but it's not.
