What type of feeding do you ladies do?

And why did you choose that way of feeding?

The idea of BF freaked me out but I wanted to do it to save money. The thought if paying for formula when my body could produce what my baby needs was crazy. We spend enough on diapers. Hormones are a crazy and wonderful thing because now that my baby is born I'm not weirded out by BF at all. My friend told me I would like it and bonding blah blah blah but I never believed her. Well she sure as hell proved me wrong! I'm not a mom shamer so I don't look down on those who use formula but I'm proud that I'm able to feed my baby and save money doing it. The only 👎 is that it gets really frustrating being the only one who can feed the baby. No breaks...but in the end it's worth it to me.

Breastfeeding is waaaay cheaper. Plus so much easier to just pop him on the boob rather than mix and heat a bottle of formula. I plan to nurse until a year as long as my supply lasts.

I breastfed three months, combo fed two, and switched to just formula at five and a half months. I had a hard time pumping often enough at work once I went back. I also never saw bf as a be all and end all either. My goal was six months and we got so close. I was glad to have bf as long as I did, and I liked giving my daughter the benefits. I just never saw formula as a bad thing either. Fed is best 😊

I tried breastfeeding but we had trouble getting my son to latch, and it affected me emotionally. So we ended up switching to formula and I've never looked back! My son is healthy and happy and full! I do get sad sometimes thinking about how breastfeeding didn't work out. But in the end, as long as baby is fed, it shouldn't matter how!

We ebf for the first 4 months, then went back to work and bf and expressed milk for another month or so. My output wasn't keeping up so we added 1 bottle of formula a day at 5 months and have been doing that up until recently. My supply took a big dip at the end of April so just now in the last two weeks I've had to start doing a second formula bottle for her while I'm at work. Thinking I may drop the pumping altogether soon. My initial goal was thru end of maternity leave, then 6 months, then 9 months and now I'm just aiming to not have to ever give her a bottle myself and continue nursing when we are together. For me the choice to bf just felt right. It's a money saver, and I believe that it helps their immune systems build up faster.

I decided to give breastfeeding a try even though i thought that i would be really uncomfortable but i really havent been. I guess giving birth essentially naked takes away inhibitions haha. 
It made sense to breastfeed because im a stay at home mom and would be with him all the time. Also to save money.

I just felt uncomfortable with the idea of breastfeeding. I have never wanted to do it. I was a formula fed baby too. Maybe that's why!
