I Need A Friend 😞

In my other recent post, I contracted chlamydia from my ex (I know it was him because he told me he had it and he knew). I've been with my current boyfriend for six months. I had symptoms that were similar to a yeast infection which I'm prone to so I didn't think twice. I was abroad the past four months and wasn't able to get to a doctor. I always get checked when I get my yearly physical. My physical was last week and that's when I found out.

I told my current boyfriend and the day I told him he just refused to talk to me. He finally called me back yesterday and told me he doesn't wasn't to talk to me, see me, nothing. I understand how he's feeling, kind of. But he's making me feel worse than I already do. I messed up and slept with someone dirty. I probably should have seen the red flags. I'm scared I'm going to lose him because of this. What should I do? How do I handle this? I love him and he loves me, but I don't want to lose him. Please send me nice stuff.
