Just lost my virginity to a guy friend but now I kinda regret it... 😕

I today I just had sex with a close friend and it was the second time I had done it with him. He only believed that I was a virgin and that he was my first time right after it happened. The first time we tried, I stopped him because it hurt me way too much and I couldn't take it, but today I let him, and it happened, we had sex at his placw but now that it all happened, I feel like sh*t.  (Excuse my language or anything I say) And he told me that he "liked it cause of how tight it felt for him" but he later told me that we wouldn't make this a routine or anything, it would just be something that would happen from "time to time" and so I don't know what to do, cause I like messing with him like that, but then I hate how it makes me feels afterwards. What can I do? Probably this is something too TMI but this is where I feel I could get some advice on what to do.
