Confused

I've been a bit bloated down there with like no cramps. No where close to my period. And I always get cramps with my period and I've been getting nauseous every night around the same time and I've been waking up super wet every morning with no weird dream and it's not normal for me? I've had the iud for 2 months. But I'm confused
