Weird high levels of energy?

Normally, I would consider my high energy to be "bubbly" or positive energy.

This is not that! I'm testy! It's like.. Anger-hype. Easily set off or will make snappy comments before thinking about what I'm actually saying.

Ive been going through different kinds of birth control pills this year as I've been spotting on every one since November and I'm wondering if it's caused by that?

I would like some way to log this but don't even know what to call this!

Any comments, experiences, advice welcome.
