Baby carrier for petite women?

we went and tried out carriers was when I was pregnant and the Babybjorn Oneseemed perfect. However, I didn't expect to be back to my pre-pregnancy body so quickly after birth. Now, that carrier is just too big on me, no matter how much we tighten the straps. The biggest problem is around my waist (23") I'm 5'2, 100 lbs, xs... Does anyone have a good carrier suggestion? Not ktan or boba (I have a ktan), I mean a carrier, not a wrap :) I'm looking for something that has the option for both facing the baby out and towards me since my son is only 3 months.
