my baby won't sleep!!

My daughter is almost 5 months. The past few nights/days I'm finding it very difficult to get her to sleep. She has a cold, usually she sleeps more than usual, but not this time. I'll finally manage to get her to sleep (sometimes after an hour + of trotting), she will sleep for 5-10 minutes (if that) and then she will wake up again. This is the 3rd night in a row where she's still awake at 2am. I have a tummy bug so I need the rest myself, not to mention a 4 year old who wakes up at 6am and needs entertaining all day.
