You can't see it very well but there is a little white bump on the red bump. The red bump literally formed over night and the white bump formed later today.
It'll be 3 weeks Saturday since I got it pierced.

It could be a keloid ( when your nose rejects the peircing) I had to where a real silver or plastic. But get sea salt and mix it with warm water until it desolves then aply with a q tip day and night and it heals fast

Happens to me all the time. Clean it with peroxide. Its usually from sweating or bacteria getting inside it.

Rings make piercings heal very slow and odd. I would go to your piercer and see if he could put a stud in instead. For now. Warm sea salt soaks and tea tree oil 2-3 times a day!

as for what it is, I'd ask a reputable piercer. it's definitely not a keloid, but some sort of irritation. for now clean it with a store bought saline solution or soap and water.

That happens to me too occasionally, it's like a pimple. if you use tea tree oil it will go right away! It can be prevented by cleaning the piercing with alcohol more often
