Honestly, I haven't changed my diet at all since being pregnant. I eat and exercise the exact same as I did before but I had packed on the weight. I started at 176, and I'm now 29 weeks weighing 206. I am so fucking depressed... please someone give me some tips on how to not gain too much more weight. I've always suffered from poor self-esteem, and now it's just so much worse. I hate looking in the mirror. I feel so disgusting.
