went to the doctor yesterday
I had a Pap smear appt yesterday and me and my doctor went into the ttc conversation. I told her that my periods are very irregular and it's been difficult for us to conceive. She said "since you've had a miscarriage, that means you can get pregnant. Just don't put too much pressure on it and the main thing is to not stress since stressing will delay ovulation".
Now I'm over here stressing about trying not to stress. What a vicious cycle. 😩😩😩
