the flu!

I took my son to his pediatrician yesterday and now Im feeling terrible. Body aches, soar throat, back ache, headache. In extremely groggy and dizzy. I think I got the flu at his doctors office from someone sick! Is it okay to let the 7 month old baby sit in the swing and watch tv okay in front of me on his baby mat while I lay and rest until 6 (I will pick up and feed as needed) I feel like I'm dying! Almost like the flu. His dad doesn't get off until 6 to watch him
