So I've been having weird symptoms. I have this weird feeling in my uterus and sorta cramping and my nipples seem a bit sore. I took a few tests and they are all absolutely negative.

Could I be having these symptoms this early without having a positive test?

I did just have a baby 6 months ago and haven't gotten my period back. Could this most likely be ovulation symptoms? Or most probably pregnancy?
