Feeling down

I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks 5 days and I'm 6 weeks today I had a small amount of bleeding fresh red blood but only when wiping the same day i found out i was pregnant but it stopped as quick as it came I went to hospital and seen a doctor as I hadn't seen a midwife due to being not far along enough yet they done a urine pt when was there and it was positive but I've been very anxious and upset as I don't know if my baby's ok we have been trying for 2.5 years so when we finally got our positive we were over the moon everyone keeps telling me I'm being paranoid 😭
