flat tummy water?
So I've read about flat tummy water and I'd like to lose a few more lbs before my holiday in August I just wondered has anybody tried the "flat tummy water" (cucumber,lemon,mint and some recipes say ginger) does it actually work and did you get any benefits from it? I do walk to and from walk and go to clubbercise twice a week (energetic dance class in the dark with glow sticks) so getting plenty of exercise thank you x
