Am I having a miscarriage? (Photo included)

My son is going to be a year this month and I still have not had a PP period. I have experienced light spotting for 2-3 days every 2 weeks since January. When my bleeding started last night, it had been 33 days since I last spotted which would make me 4-5 weeks pregnant if that's, in fact, what this is. Last night was just spotting, but today I've had painful cramping (especially from the right ovary) and a heavier flow. I just wiped and this was on the tissue. Is this a miscarriage or just a normal AF? I feel dumb, but in all fairness, it's been almost 2 years since I've had a period!!!
