Question about typers of blood.

Ok my last period was April 10th. Had a blood test done May 23rd was negative after a positive home stick. Currently have pcos. My periods have always been irregular but always painful.

So some time yesterday morning after having sex i had a little bleeding. Just enough to be visible on the toilet paper. Bright pink to. No cramping or pain like a normal period usually is for me. Then this morning and after noon there was nothing. Should I assume my period i on its way? I'm now 56 days into my cycle. Longest ever was 70 days after stopping the pill.
