Period ended but pain and cramps?

My period ended 6 days ago but for the last 3 I've been having cramps on and off like my period is coming. Also my "pee hole" has a small sting or burn to it? Nothing major but it's not normal obviously. Idk any suggestions? I have had sex but that was like a week ago and I'm on birth control.
