Moving on from a first love help.

What are some good tips to move on from the love of your life when they have left you for someone else? I've deleted my social media for now so I don't come across something that will hurt my feelings and I'm doing the No contact rule, I also got my closure from him but are there others? I'm also scared about how I will feel when our would-be two year anniversary comes about in a month. Any tips would be much appreciated 😊
